1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and asiaplay ("Company", "we" or "our platform"). These Terms govern access to and use of the asiaplay website and all services offered on it, including slots, live casino, sports betting, roulette and all other online gambling products.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) asiaplay account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in breach of this rule will be suspended and all funds and bonuses within them may be forfeited.

2.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. Use a strong and unique password, and do not share your login details with anyone. asiaplay will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone.

3 User Eligibility

You are eligible to use the asiaplay platform only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily and not under compulsion from any party.
• You are not on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme.
• Using online gambling services does not violate any laws applicable in your location.
• You are making gambling decisions on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

asiaplay supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

4.1 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. No specific maximum limit is stated, however transactions of large amounts may require additional security checks before being approved.

4.2 Processing Time

Deposits are generally processed instantly. Withdrawal requests will be completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after security checks have been carried out. This timeframe may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the volume of internal checks.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

asiaplay offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The asiaplay welcome bonus gives a 120% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount received. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, with a total balance of RM220 and a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP Programme

asiaplay operates three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Progression to a higher tier is based on user activity and loyalty.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• Bonuses that are misused or abused will be cancelled without notice.
• asiaplay reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the asiaplay platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting and roulette — are operated according to their respective rules published separately by the game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the asiaplay server records are considered final. Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session, active bets may be voided and funds returned to the player's account.

7 User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the asiaplay platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud or activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. Prohibited activities include:

8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, asiaplay will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including loss of money, profits or data.

asiaplay provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance and repairs may cause temporary service disruptions.

9 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. asiaplay also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on your account.
• We have received instructions from the relevant regulatory authority.
• There is a need to protect the interests of other users or the integrity of the platform.

All valid account balances will be returned to you once the investigation is complete, unless the balance is linked to activity that violates these terms.

10 Amendment of Terms

asiaplay reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. You are responsible for reviewing this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the current terms.

Your continued use of asiaplay services after any amendment is published will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms.

11 Governing Law

asiaplay operates under international licensing. These Terms are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of our licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between a user and asiaplay will be referred to arbitration under the procedures set by the relevant regulatory body.
